What is Extreme Martial Arts?

Underblack belt forms containing tumbling, acrobatics or extreme "tricks" (i.e. 540s, butterfly, or other rotations over 360 degrees or inverted moves) may compete in the under black belt open forms divisions

Black Belt competitors with tumbling, acrobatics or extreme "tricks" in their forms must compete in the Black Belt Extreme divisions.

Judges will score extreme forms based on martial arts content and execution of the form.
